Trevor Fox Solicitors is a specialised legal consultancy focusing on technical litigation arbitration and mediation in the fields of aviation, product liability, public liability and engineering.



I have been in practice as a solicitor since 1987 and as a partner since 1994. Clients are typically Lloyd’s and International Insurers and their Policyholders. I handle claims, recoveries and insurance coverage disputes.

Courts

I appear in the Coroner's Court as an advocate. My litigation work is typically in the Commercial and Admiralty Court and the Technology and Construction Court. I deal with arbitration under the Arbitration Acts and in the LCIA and ICC.

Mediation:  I draft Position Statements and attend mediation to negotiate on behalf of parties. I am also a qualified ADR Group Accredited Mediator. Click for details of my specialist mediation service
